4. Hardware Identifiers and License Security

TierZero uses device-related identifiers and device-key identifiers to bind loader sessions and licenses to an account and device, authenticate installations, and protect against unauthorized account access.

The licensing backend stores derived device hashes and device-key identifiers for these purposes. Device identifiers are not anonymous merely because they are hashed.

These identifiers are used for license verification, session security, device binding, and authorized device-reset support.

5. Data Sharing

TierZero does not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Information may be shared with trusted service providers when reasonably necessary to operate our services, including:

• Website hosting providers.
• Authentication and database providers.
• Payment processing platforms.
• Security and infrastructure providers.

We may also disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect the security of our services.

Our services currently involve SellAuth for storefront and customer-account services, Cloudflare for infrastructure and licensing storage, Google for optional Google sign-in, and Stripe and PayPal for supported payments. Payment-provider availability depends on the checkout option selected. Our website also embeds a YouTube gameplay video using the privacy-enhanced embed domain; embedding a video can still share technical information with YouTube. Review the relevant providers' privacy policies.

Discord community verification is provided separately by Double Counter, which processes account and technical information under its own privacy policy when members use verification. This notice does not describe Double Counter as having access to members' messages or full account control.
