TierZero ("TierZero", "we", "us") sells TierZero, a client modification for Minecraft Java Edition (the "Software"), and the accounts, licenses and services that go with it. You can reach us at [email protected].
TierZero is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of its owners.
By buying, pre-ordering, installing or using TierZero you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not buy or use it.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you.
When you buy a plan we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on your own device while your plan is active. A lifetime plan has no end date but is still subject to these terms.
A license belongs to one account and is bound to the device that first signs in. You may not share, sell, rent, give away or publish your account, license key or the Software.
You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, extract or redistribute the Software, or work around its license checks, except where the law gives you a right to that which cannot be waived.
Weekly, Monthly and Lifetime plans are offered. The price and what the plan covers are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by third-party providers, so their terms also apply to the payment.
Subscription plans renew automatically as stated at checkout. The renewal amount, how often it is charged and how to cancel are shown before you pay. You can cancel renewal in your TierZero billing settings before the next charge. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps the time you have already paid for.
A pre-order reserves your plan before TierZero is released. No release date has been announced. A weekly or monthly plan begins when TierZero is released, not when you pay. Features, versions and release timing can change.
Pre-orders are paid and are covered by our Refund Policy.
All sales are final and refunds are not accepted, except where the law gives you a right to cancel or to a remedy. Our Refund Policy explains this, including the 14-day right to withdraw that consumers in the EU and UK have.
TierZero modifies how a game runs. Many servers, networks and communities ban or restrict modified clients, and Minecraft's own terms may apply to you. You are responsible for following the rules of every game, server and service you use.
We do not promise that TierZero will be allowed, go unnoticed or keep working on any server. We are not responsible for bans, lost accounts, lost progress, lost items or any action a server or game operator takes against you.
We make no promise about how TierZero performs in any match or about any result you get from it.
Do not use TierZero or our services to break the law, to harm others' computers or accounts, to attack or overload our systems, or to infringe anyone's rights.
Do not try to get a license you have not paid for, use a license that was issued to someone else, or interfere with payment, account or license checks.
We may update, change, add or remove features and supported Minecraft versions, and we may take the service offline for maintenance. We do not promise that the Software or our servers will be available at all times, or that it will work with every version of Minecraft or every setup.
We may suspend or revoke a license or account if you break these terms, share a license, abuse our systems, or if a payment for it is reversed or disputed. If we revoke a license for breaking these terms you are not owed a refund.
You may stop using TierZero at any time.
We own the Software and everything in it. These terms give you a right to use the Software, not to own it. Minecraft and its related names belong to their owners.
TierZero is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not give any warranty, express or implied, including about quality, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability or that it will be free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss of an account or game progress. Our total liability to you for anything connected with TierZero is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including your mandatory rights as a consumer where you live.
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. If you keep using TierZero after a change, you accept the new terms.
